WearClean ("we," "our," or "us") operates the WearClean Store Partner, WearClean Delivery Partner, and WearClean Partners mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Apps.

1. Scope of This Policy This single privacy policy applies to all business and operational partners using our ecosystem, including:

• Store Partners: Hub owners managing laundry orders.

• Delivery Partners: Riders managing the pickup and delivery of laundry.

• Franchise/Business Partners: Admin and franchise users.

2. Information We Collect Depending on the specific WearClean App you use, we may collect the following information:

• Personal & Business Information: Full Name, Business Name, Shop License, GST Details, Vehicle Registration Details (for delivery), Driving License (for delivery), Bank Account Details (for processing payouts), and Mobile Number (used for secure OTP login).

• Location Data (Crucial for Delivery Partners): For the Delivery Partner App, we collect precise and continuous background location data to track riders in real-time, allocate nearby pickup/drop-off tasks efficiently, and provide live tracking to customers and store hubs.

• Device & App Information: FCM Tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to send push notifications and critical task alerts.

• Camera & Photos: We request camera or photo gallery access strictly to allow partners to capture and upload images (e.g., damaged clothing for quality control, or proof of delivery at the customer's doorstep).

3. How We Use Your Data We use the collected data for the following operational purposes:

• To register, verify, and approve your profile within the WearClean network.

• To assign, route, and track customer laundry orders efficiently.

• To calculate and transfer your earnings and commissions accurately.

• To send vital service updates, order statuses, and support messages.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure We do NOT sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We only share necessary operational information within our ecosystem. For example, a Store Partner's location and a Customer's address are shared with the assigned Delivery Partner to facilitate successful task completion.

5. Data Security We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information. We use commercially acceptable secure backend services (such as Google Firebase & Firestore) to protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion We retain your personal and business information for as long as your account is active to provide you with our services.

If you wish to terminate your partnership, delete your account, and remove your personal data from our systems, you can request Account Deletion by following these steps:

• Send an email requesting account deletion to the respective support team based on your app:

  • For Store Partners: store@wearclean.in

  • For Delivery Partners: delivery@wearclean.in

  • For Franchise/Other Partners: partners@wearclean.in

• Please include your registered Name, Mobile Number, and App Type in the email for quick verification.

• Upon receiving your request, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 to 14 working days, subject to the settlement of any pending payouts, active orders, or legal obligations.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date."
